June 2025 — Launch of New Community Farming Project in Hambantota

We’ve officially launched our latest Community-Led Sustainable Farming Initiative in Hambantota. This program supports over 50 smallholder farmers with training, resources, and access to local markets. The project is expected to yield a 30% increase in crop productivity and improve nutrition for over 300 families.

April 2025 – School Nutrition Program Reaches 10,000+ Children

More than 10,000 nutritious meals have been provided to rural children through our School Nutrition Program. This initiative improves health and educational outcomes for underprivileged students.

March 2025 — Food Waste Reduction Campaign Launched

We kicked off our #NoMoreWaste campaign to reduce food waste at community and household levels. In partnership with local markets, we’ve introduced a redistribution program that redirects surplus food to families in need.

February 2025 — ASDY Joins UN Local Partnership Network

ASDY Foundation is now a proud member of the UN Sustainable Development Local Action Network, reinforcing our commitment to SDG 2: Zero Hunger. This partnership enables stronger collaboration with local and international NGOs.. This initiative improves health and educational outcomes for underprivileged students.
